FAQ's - Buying & selling

If you have items you wish to sell please understand we do not buy or swap our furniture for yours.

We recommend trying your location auction house, use your social marketplaces or local charity shops for upcycling projects.

You can find these places throughout Ireland depending on your location by Google search.

FAQ's - Refunds

If you purchase online and are not completely satisfied with the product when it arrives you are of course entitled to a full refund. However you must make this decision before our delivery men leave your premises. Please understand that the delivery charge will NOT be refunded. You will receive a full refund on the product costs itself. Deposits are non refundable - this does not effect your statutory refund rights.

FAQ's - Warranty

Refurnished items DO NOT have warranty or guarantee - this does not effect your statutory rights. You cannot expect second-hand items to be of the same standard as new ones. Second-hand items are sold as seen, so there may be some fault, imperfection or wear and tear. Please examine your item before making a purchase and ask all the questions you need to. We cannot be responsible for the use you use for an item - this does not effect your statutory rights.
